Religious Education 2008/2009 Registration Information

Registrations for Religious Education will begin on June 7th and 8th after all the masses.  After that date you may register your child in Highberger Hall Monday, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from 3 - 5pm.  Forms can also be downloaded from our web page and dropped in the mail or in the box provided in the Office.  Remember to include the Registration Fee in your envelope.

Classes are offered to children and youth that need to be prepared for Sacraments and for children with all their Sacraments completed.

To receive Sacraments it is necessary to attend a one year preparation.  Beginning in August and ending in the end of May.

In the Diocese of Phoenix, children are able to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and First Communion at the 3 rd grade level.  If you have a child in the Second grade, it is recommended that the child be enrolled this year (08/09) receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and then be prepared for Confirmation and First Communion in the 3^rd Grade. 

We will offer the following:

à        Tuesday English Classes Prek-2^nd grade                4 – 5pm                

à        Tuesday English Classes Prek -8^th grade                5:30 – 6:30 pm      

à        Saturday Spanish Classes Prek-8^th                                9-10am

à        Saturday English/Spanish High school classes             11 -12 pm

Registration fee which includes books, retreat and supplies for the entire year is:

à        $100     For first Child

à        $50       each child after that

*If you are not a registered parishioner your fee will be doubled*
